Employee Relations Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Professional to manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide advice and coaching to leaders and HR teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of employee relations issues, including grievances, bullying, harassment, fraud, and misconduct cases
  • Conduct end-to-end investigations, preparing documents and responses for matters before tribunals
  • Represent at conciliations and dispute matters in tribunals
  • Support negotiations with bargaining representatives
  • Provide leaders with training, recommendations, coaching, and advice on legislation, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  • Experience within a human resources generalist or employee and industrial relations professional position across medium to large size organisations
  • Proven background in managing or supporting investigations into misconduct, grievances, or protected disclosures
  • Excellent coaching, negotiation, and influencing skills to engage with stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant ER/IR legislation within different jurisdictions and application in policy
  • Strong communication skills, relationship building skills, and commercial orientation
