Employee Relations Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Employee Relations Advisor. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and coaching on employee relations matters, lead complex investigations, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough workplace investigations, preparing comprehensive case management documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with team members and leaders.
- Support high-priority cases, escalated matters, and litigation.
- Deliver exceptional ER service through timely reporting, insightful analysis, and trend assessment.
- Provide counsel and coaching to leaders and people teams on ER-related matters.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or Employment Law.
- Previous experience in a similar role providing ER and HR advice.
- Strong knowledge of employment-related legislation and industrial instruments.
