Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional looking to step into a high-impact role within a complex, fast-paced environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a infrastructure projects organisation within the public sector and play a pivotal part in shaping the employee experience while supporting leaders on a diverse range of matters.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Employee Relations Consultant, you will:

  • Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to leaders on people and employee relations issues.
  • Manage end-to-end ER casework, including investigations into conduct and performance matters.
  • Interpret and apply the Enterprise Agreement, workplace legislation, and policies.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to deliver proactive, data-driven initiatives to address trends and improve workplace culture.

About You

We're seeking someone who brings:

  • Significant experience in employee relations, ideally with exposure to government or highly regulated environments.
  • Strong expertise in case management and workplace investigations.
  • Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act, relevant industrial instruments, and employment law.
  • The ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, unions, and employees on sensitive and complex issues.
