Aboriginal Reconciliation Coordinator

The Reconciliation Action Plan Coordinator position is a dynamic role responsible for leading the development of effective strategies, partnerships and programs that support Aboriginal Reconciliation as part of CALHN's RAP.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with responsible officers to progress RAP commitments in accordance with the timeframes outlined in the RAP.
- Engage and collaborate with leaders and staff across the organisation and key CALHN internal and external partners, including Aboriginal consumer representatives, to advance and promote reconciliation initiatives.
- Support reconciliation initiatives for Celsus, the consortium that provides Facility Management Services for the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
We're looking for a passionate individual with a strong commitment to Aboriginal reconciliation. You will possess:
- Proven experience engaging with Traditional Owner Groups and Aboriginal communities.
- Exceptional skills in building multi-agency partnerships to drive strategic outcomes.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage projects, set priorities, and achieve goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in report writing and funding applications.
The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South's Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct. We also deliver mental health services at Glenside Health Services and at a range of other locations across the metropolitan and regional areas.
