About the Role

The Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Coordinator position is a dynamic role that plays a critical part in leading the development of effective strategies, partnerships, and programs that support Aboriginal Reconciliation within Central Adelaide Local Health Network.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the progression of CALHN's RAP and collaborate with responsible officers to progress RAP commitments in accordance with the timeframes outlined in the RAP.
  • Engage and collaborate with leaders and staff across the organisation and key CALHN internal and external partners, including Aboriginal consumer representatives, to advance and promote reconciliation initiatives.
  • Support reconciliation initiatives for Celsus, the consortium that provides Facility Management Services for the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

Requirements

  • Proven experience engaging with Traditional Owner Groups and Aboriginal communities.
  • Exceptional skills in building multi-agency partnerships to drive strategic outcomes.
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage projects, set priorities, and achieve goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in report writing and funding applications.
