Role Overview

The Customer Service Specialist role is pivotal in supporting our purpose. Based in our Browns Plains branch, you'll provide exceptional support and serve the local community as the first point of contact for our customers and their retail banking needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Challenging yourself daily to generate leads and opportunities, deliver sales and lending results, and help customers meet their financial goals through our great value savings, insurance, and personal lending products.
  • Learning new things such as new products, services, and ways of working to stay ahead of the game.
  • Meeting new people and building connections in your local community.
  • Helping solve problems for customers by matching products and solutions to their needs.
