The role of Health and Wellbeing Manager is a dynamic opportunity to lead a large team of professionals in implementing health, safety and wellbeing programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and day-to-day management of the Health and Wellbeing Partners and Trainers across multiple sites and services.
- Deliver strategic leadership and operational direction to provide exceptional management of health, safety and wellbeing services.
- Manage the development, implementation and review of health, safety and wellbeing strategies, plans, policies and procedures to establish a positive and strong culture.
- Proven leadership capabilities in cultivating a positive safety culture, along with strong technical expertise and knowledge in health safety and wellbeing management systems.
- Able to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Up to 12 days off each year (for full-time employees) in addition to annual leave.
