Health and Wellbeing Professional

 

The role of Health and Wellbeing Professional is a critical component in our pursuit of creating a workplace culture that prioritizes the holistic wellbeing of our employees.

This position will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing health and wellbeing programs that foster a safe and supportive work environment.

As a key member of our wellbeing team, you will partner with senior leadership to drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at promoting employee wellbeing and psychosocial safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical expertise in workplace wellbeing and psychosocial safety
  • Managing EAP operations, including vendor management and reporting
  • Developing and delivering training sessions on mental health and wellbeing
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of wellbeing initiatives

 

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 5+ years' experience in workplace wellbeing or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of WHS operations, risk assessments, and safety best practices
  • Experience managing EAP programs, audits, incident reporting, return-to-work, and injury management
  • Clinical or technical background in mental health (e.g. psychology, organisational psychology)
