Senior Partner - Health, Safety & Wellbeing

As a seasoned leader in health, safety and wellbeing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping organisational culture at a strategic level. With a strong track record of driving improvement and leading investigations, you will be responsible for overseeing health, safety and wellbeing strategy, critical risk programs, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning and delivery of health, safety and wellbeing programs across regions
  • Manage risk registers, incident reporting, and regulatory liaison
  • Mentor and coach health, safety and wellbeing professionals
  • Deliver training and capability-building across sites
Requirements:
  • Qualification in occupational health and safety or equivalent
  • 5+ years in senior roles with a focus on health, safety and wellbeing
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety and wellbeing legislation, compliance, and risk management
  • Proven experience leading investigations and driving organisational improvement
