Job Title: Health & Wellbeing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our wellbeing team as a Health and Wellbeing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) operations, including vendor management, reporting, escalation support, and day-to-day query management.
  • Provide Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) subject matter expertise in developing and implementing programs that support team health and wellbeing.
  • Deliver operational WHS services, including incident tracking, compliance reporting, risk assessments, and supporting psychosocial hazard management.
  • Partner with the Vibe team on physical wellbeing initiatives, such as flu jabs, skin checks, and fitness classes.
  • Monitor wellbeing trends and partner with relevant teams to continually improve reporting and insights capability.
  • Support acute wellbeing or psychosocial incidents in partnership with the Head of Wellbeing.
  • Deliver regular mental health training and wellbeing sessions to upskill colleagues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or health science.
  • Proven experience in managing employee assistance programs and providing WHS expertise.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and report on key metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
