About the Role
The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational direction to achieve exceptional management of health safety and wellbeing services. This includes developing, implementing and reviewing health safety and wellbeing strategies, plans, policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
Provide district-wide strategic leadership and operational direction to achieve exceptional management of health safety and wellbeing services.
Develop, implement and review health safety and wellbeing strategies, plans, policies and procedures.
Manage the development, implementation and review of health safety and wellbeing programs, initiatives and services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks and hazards associated with health safety and wellbeing.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers and external partners.
Key Requirements
A proven track record in leading and managing teams with a focus on health safety and wellbeing.
Strong technical expertise and knowledge in health safety and wellbeing management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and hazards.
