Global Mobility Position

This is a key role within our HR organization, focused on supporting employees who are relocating for work.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. They will also have strong organizational skills and be able to manage competing priorities effectively.

This position requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with a proven track record in providing exceptional service to clients or customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate relocation services for employees moving on domestic or international assignments
  • Assist with assignment documentation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Provide policy guidance to employees, helping them understand their benefits and entitlements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company
  • Strong knowledge of global mobility policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
