Responsibilities- Supervise the daily operations of all cruise-related activities and services.
- Coordinate embarkation and disembarkation procedures with port authorities and ship personnel.
- Manage guest services, entertainment teams, and activity coordinators.
- Respond to passenger inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Oversee shore excursions and collaborate with local tour operators.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure adherence to maritime safety regulations.
