About The Opportunity

As Senior Liaison Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing partnerships, governance, and strategic operations across Council managed spaces, making a lasting impact where it matters most.

You will make an impact by- Leading and mentoring Connected Communities Liaison Officers (2) to deliver exceptional service.
- Strengthening partnerships with facility stakeholders to improve access and outcomes.
- Overseeing governance and compliance across community assets.
- Driving strategic planning and budget management for Halls & Hubs.
- Collaborating across Council teams to ensure safe, effective facility operations.
What You Will Bring- Proven experience in community engagement, stakeholder management or facility governance.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Strategic thinking and budget management skills.
- Knowledge of hire agreements, leases, and licensing processes.
- Familiarity with software systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to attend after-hours meetings and events as required.
