
Field Operations Coordinator

For this role, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Specialist who will play a key role in deploying and recovering our subsurface intelligence solutions at customer sites throughout the Australia & Asia-Pacific region.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience working outdoors, preferably in mining environments, to join us and contribute to the success of our projects. Our team operates in remote locations, working under various weather conditions, which requires individuals to be adaptable and able to thrive in challenging circumstances.
About the Role:
- Deploy and set up sensors in mine and down boreholes;
- Conduct minor electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs;
- Travel to customer sites to execute successful deployments and recoveries;
- Work closely with our wider teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of deployment projects;

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in mechanical and electrical repairs;
- Direct, hands-on experience in outdoor settings using hand tools and operation around heavy machinery;
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20kg;
- Fluent English communication skills, assertive and respectful;
- Experience with health and safety protocols; willingness to undergo specific client training as required;
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet scheduled deadlines;
- Legally able and currently documented to work full-time hours in Australia;
- Valid driver's license (trailering experience considered an asset);
- Valid passport with no international travel restrictions;
