Site Operations Coordinator

The successful candidate will have experience in the Disability sector, including complex behaviours and mental health challenges. Relevant qualifications in this field are highly regarded.

Key responsibilities include supervising site operations, delivering services aligned with organisational policies and procedures, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers both team members and clients with physical and psycho-social disabilities.

You will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders. Problem-solving skills are required to successfully identify problems, develop solutions, and implement them using a logical and systematic approach.

A Certificate III in Disability and/or Certificate III in Individual Support is essential for this role. You must also hold or be willing to obtain necessary certifications such as a Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, National Criminal History Check, and an open Driver's License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.
