About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated coordinator to join our team in Bundaberg, QLD.

In this key role, you will be responsible for all aspects of branch operations, including:

  • Managing warehouse and logistics operations
  • Ensuring accurate inventory control
  • Taking a proactive approach to sales
  • Handling administrative duties and WHS compliance
  • Assisting in day-to-day activities

You will work closely with the Branch Manager, contributing significantly to branch operations and overall efficiency. This role requires building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including a national team, customers, and suppliers, while contributing to ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude, strong focus on teamwork, communication, and safety, and sound computer skills.

To succeed, you'll have:

  • Experience in customer sales, service, and similar administrative roles
  • Microsft 365 office
  • Intermediate Excel skills and exposure to reporting
  • Great initiative and positive can-do attitude
  • Organisational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Communication skills: strong verbal and written communication to interact with staff and customers
