Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the operation and maintenance of heavy plant and equipment. This diverse role involves field and office tasks such as procurement, data management, project coordination and shift reporting.

The primary goal is to drive conservation efforts and ensure the protection of natural environments for future generations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain heavy plant and equipment in support of annual works programs.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver program outcomes in line with current strategies.
  • Perform field and office tasks including procurement, data management, project coordination and shift reporting.
  • Navigate remote areas with limited resources, requiring strong 4WD skills and problem solving.
  • Contribute to asset management initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience in staff supervision, leadership, workplace health and safety, and natural resource management.
  • Strong demonstrated skills in Heavy Plant operations and assets management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Asset Management programs.
