Job Title: Project Operations Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to support project management activities by coordinating tasks, assisting with documentation, and ensuring effective communication among team members.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects by coordinating schedules, resources, and tasks
  • Support project documentation efforts including meeting notes, project plans, and status reports
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables
  • Assist in identifying project risks and help develop mitigation strategies
