  • Developing personalized plans to build on individual strengths and abilities
  • Providing 24-hour complex supports and care
  • Supporting independent living and daily activities
  • Assisting with community access, transport, and domestic care

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Covid-19 vaccination certificate or immunisation statement
  • Current first aid and CPR certification
  • NDIS worker screening clearance
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
