We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Community Care Workers, providing personalized assistance that enhances clients' social and community participation, and helps them achieve their goals in accordance with their care plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support to ensure clients maintain their dignity and independence
  • Facilitating access to community resources and activities
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as medication management and domestic duties

To be successful in this role, you will have and/or be willing to obtain:

  • A Certificate IV in Disability, Community Care, or Individual Support
  • Relevant work experience and skills
  • A current Working with Children's Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (including Police Check)
  • A First Aid Certificate and CPR certification
  • Mandatory competencies as required by the organization
  • Valid working rights in Australia
