Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide direct support services to clients in their own homes. This role promotes independence and assists with daily activities, ensuring individuals with diverse abilities maintain control over their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-to-one support to clients with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and neurological conditions.
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Support clients in maintaining their independence by promoting self-advocacy and decision-making skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Covid19 vaccine certificate confirming full vaccination is mandatory.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required for client visits.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shift work and weekends.
