What You'll Bring

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering person-centred care and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively using technology to streamline care delivery
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to achieve shared goals
  • Qualifications in individual support or related fields (desirable)
  • Australian working rights
