Delivering Compassionate Care

At Home Instead, we're seeking a dedicated professional to provide exceptional care to our clients.

The successful candidate will coordinate and direct activities associated with client care, working closely with our support team.

Duties:

  • Visiting prospective clients to identify needs and create personalized care plans;
  • Reviewing existing clients' plans to ensure changing needs are considered;
  • Managing client experience and coordinating with our office team to support client needs and operational goals;
  • Specializing in supporting adults with chronic conditions such as Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, and Parkinson's Disease.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in the NDIS Industry;
  • Sound knowledge of funding structures, service capability, and industry networks;
  • Efficient, organized, and able to prioritize tasks with good time management skills;
  • Effective communicator with a customer-centric mindset, focused on client experience;
  • Strong documentation skills, including note-taking, care planning, and data entry;
  • Effective delegator and team player with a positive mindset and appreciation for your role;
  • Experience with MS Office and CRM systems.
