Job Role: Compassionate Care Provider
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant at Villa Maria Unanderra. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality personalised care to our valued aged care residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting with personal care such as showering, dressing, and assisting with eating;
- Supporting with daily tasks and activities;
- Collaborating with clinical staff to ensure care plans are followed;
- Maintaining accurate documentation and working as part of a team to ensure our residents' health and well-being are optimised;
- Providing exceptional service to families and the community.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- A Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent qualification;
- To be able to provide evidence of Covid19 vaccination.
