- Provide personal care services such as hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating & drinking, etc., according to individual resident needs and preferences.
- Deliver clinical care including medication support, basic dressings, wound care, and measuring vital signs.
- Offer social and recreational support, assisting residents' family and visitors, and helping residents attend activities.
