Women's Health Specialist

The Women's Care and Children's Health Coordinator will be responsible for supporting a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality healthcare services to women and children in the Tennant Creek region. This role will involve working closely with healthcare professionals to promote healthy outcomes and prevent illnesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure data compliance and quality improvement.
- Work in accordance with Anyinginyi Health's policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement culturally appropriate health programs and services.
- Collaborate with local health services to ensure effective patient care and referrals.
- Enhance patient experience and outcomes through continuous quality improvement.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Nursing or Allied Health.
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Experience working in Aboriginal health or remote communities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
