Men's Health Services Manager

The Men's Clinic Manager provides leadership and management of comprehensive primary health care in Anyinginyi Health's Men's clinic. This position is responsible for ensuring cultural safety and high standards of clinical care and client flow.
The successful candidate will possess current registration as either an Aboriginal Health Practitioner or Registered Nurse, and demonstrated experience providing a broad range of clinical interventions. They will also have knowledge of quality and accreditation, including RACGP accreditation processes and requirements for primary health care services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a regular meeting of the Men's Health Nurses and staff across all Anyinginyi Health clinics.
- Create and implement culturally appropriate activities that promote male engagement with health services.
- Work with other health services and organisations relevant to Aboriginal men in the region, to provide high quality health care to male clients.
- Coordinate and facilitate access to healthcare by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander male clients across the Barkley Region communities.
- Ensure appropriate rostering of staff and client workflow management.
- Assist GPs and other clinical staff as required, including visiting health professionals and specialists.
- Ensure data, reporting, and compliance obligations for services are met.
- Implement relevant policies and procedures to ensure clinical and legal compliance.
- Effectively manage complaints from a range of stakeholders.
About You:
To be considered for this position, you must possess current registration as either an Aboriginal Health Practitioner or Registered Nurse, and demonstrated experience providing a broad range of clinical interventions. You will also have knowledge of quality and accreditation, including RACGP accreditation processes and requirements for primary health care services.
