Women's Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Women's and Children's Health Coordinator to join our team at Anyinginyi Health Aboriginal Corporation. As a key member of our Health Services team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality, culturally responsive primary health care services to women and children in our community.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining confidentiality, working as part of a high-performing multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring appropriate rostering of staff and client workflow management. You will also be required to acknowledge and respect Aboriginal values, beliefs, customs, language, and traditional practices.
You will be the go-to person for Women's and children's Health related issues, referrals, and support. You will also contribute to policy and procedure development on Women's Health, Child and maternal health. You will work cohesively with the team to deliver effective health outcomes.
- Implement relevant policies and procedures to ensure clinical and legal compliance.
- Effectively manage complaints from a range of stakeholders.
- Assist GPs and other clinical staff as required.
- Work in accordance with Anyinginyi Health's WHS policy and ensure that all staff under your control carry out their roles and responsibilities in accordance with these policies.
