  9. Participation in Solution Design and Development: Engage in the planning and development phases of solution creation, ensuring technological solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals.
  10. Operational Excellence: Maintain the operational integrity of all banking and enterprise applications through proactive monitoring, ensuring high availability and performance.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated Leadership Skills: The ability to mentor and motivate a high-performing team.
  2. Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Project Management Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of effectively engaging with technical teams, stakeholders, and external parties.
  3. Banking and Financial Services Experience: Proven experience working in the banking and financial services industry.
  4. Experience with CRM Systems, Genesys Cloud, HCM, or Banking Systems: Familiarity with software systems relevant to banking and finance.
  5. Strong Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud Services, and Software Development Life Cycles: Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development methodologies.
  7. Familiarity with Regulatory Compliance in the Financial Industry: Understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
  8. Relevant Certifications (ITIL 4, COBIT, or CISM): Preferably holding certifications related to IT management and security.
