We are seeking a Strategic Vendor Coordinator to join our team and support the recruitment process for an initial contract until 2025, with the possibility of extension.

Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this role include processing all transactional CWF/Vendor data requests promptly, maintaining data integrity across Lighthouse, SuccessFactors (SF), and downstream systems, managing and monitoring data integrations from Lighthouse to SF, managing line leader changes efficiently, creating and maintaining positions for CWF/Vendor workforce, verifying and maintaining accurate data, seeking clarification when necessary, participating in system enhancements and upgrades, leveraging HR master data experience, assisting in preparing various reports, supporting audit requests as needed, assisting with UAT and test scripts for system upgrades, ensuring contractor data confidentiality, and restricting access appropriately.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in vendor onboarding administration processes
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Experience with business process change and end-user training within the oil & gas and mining sectors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with SuccessFactors (SAP)
  • Experience with MyPass or similar contractor competency management systems
