Business Analysis Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive business growth and improvement by analysing business needs and developing technology solutions.

About the Position

This is a permanent full-time position working 37.5 hours per week in an interactive and supportive working environment within a positive and professional team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and align initiatives with business strategy.
  • Identify and engage stakeholders, clarifying user groups and their needs.
  • Elicit, document and prioritise business requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys and data analysis.
  • Perform gap analysis, feasibility assessments and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Map 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes using BPMN or similar techniques; identify and deliver process improvements.
  • Participate in quality assurance of purchased solutions to ensure required features and functions are enabled and optimised.
  • Support solution design, testing and user acceptance; ensure requirements are met.
  • Manage and track requirements throughout the lifecycle and maintain process and project documentation.
  • Facilitate and collaborate with change management and user training; communicate changes effectively across the organisation.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience working at the intersection of IT and business, ensuring digital solutions are aligned with both technical requirements and business goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and collaborating with third-party vendors and technology partners to deliver platform solutions.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development.
  • Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
