As a skilled IT professional, this role involves delivering top-notch field services to clients across various locations. You will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise in areas such as end-user computing and field services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-users with their computing needs
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to Wintel, networking, storage, and audio/visual systems
  • Perform onsite activities including asset audits, device swaps, and environmental checks
  • Provide basic printer and MFD support, and assist with end-user setup
  • Coordinate with vendors and escalate incidents as needed
  • Ensure compliance with site safety, induction, and ID requirements

A valid driver's license with manual transmission capability is essential for this role. In addition, the ability to work on weekends and public holidays when required is necessary.

This is a freelance or contract position lasting up to 6 months. The rate per day will range between $400 and $700 depending on location and expertise.
