- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement planning policies and strategies that align with the City's vision and goals.
- Development Services: Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive development plans that support the City's objectives.
- Building Regulations: Ensure compliance with building regulations and codes, conducting inspections and providing guidance to builders and homeowners.
- Project Support: Provide administrative support to the Planning and Building team, including managing databases and coordinating projects.
