Key Role

We are seeking an individual to drive the growth of social media presence across the APAC region, aligning with business strategy and marketing priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy for the APAC region, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage social media content to achieve a balance of content across strategic initiatives, markets, brands, people, project stories, corporate information, and regional information.
  • Maintain a social media calendar and process for requesting social media posts.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Content Specialists, Sector Marketing Leads, and relevant functions to deliver creative, differentiating, and engaging social media campaigns.
  • Drive employee advocacy using social media, including developing guides, toolkits, success stories, and other resources to demonstrate and reinforce value.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in developing and delivering engaging social media content and campaigns.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms and associated metrics.
  • Exposure to workflow management tools.
  • Familiarity with software to generate images for social media.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver social media strategies and plans to achieve specific business outcomes.
  • Solid writing skills.
  • Ability to influence, guide, and lead multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite and emerging AI tools.
  • Strong business acumen.
