About the Role

Davies Stewart is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in the western suburbs of Adelaide.

This is a temporary full-time opportunity with the potential to become permanent after 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to aftermarket and service customers
  • Process quotations and orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follow up on open quotes to enhance conversion to orders
  • Resolve anomalies between quotes and final service billing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer training programs
  • Maintain accurate customer contacts and service data
  • Generate reports and data for key business metrics
Requirements
  • Recent experience in customer service and administration support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
