As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting employees through their return-to-work journey.

About the Role

This is a full-time, 6-month contract position based in Sydney, with flexibility to work from home. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative HR services to enable the business to achieve its operational and strategic objectives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective employee onboarding and offboarding processes using EML's HRIS Workday.
  • Action employee changes in each pay cycle, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS AND CUSTOMERS TO DELIVER MEANINGFUL EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCES.
  • Drive continuous improvement efficiencies across People Services systems and processes, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
About You
  • Able to learn and grow within a supportive corporate environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possesses a recent completed (or close to) degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and ability to adapt to new technologies.
