Application Support Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Application Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily support of proprietary trading systems that are crucial to our business.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Daily System Support
  • Implementing and Supporting Daily System Level Changes
  • Troubleshooting Trading Related Issues
  • Server Side Application Support and Job Scheduling
  • Coordinating Technical Resources and Communication

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in application support, operations, systems administration or related roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux). Knowledge of Powershell, Python or Bash scripting is also necessary.

A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred, but not required. Previous experience within a financial services or trading environment is a plus.
