Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our Risk Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily transaction disputes and providing exceptional customer service to merchants, payment facilitators, and financial institutions.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Chargeback and Direct Debit Claim processes in accordance with established policies and standards.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding disputes and claims.
  • Meet deadlines for payment scheme responses to maximize recovery and minimize losses.
  • Review transactional activity through monitoring systems, analyze alerts, and escalate when necessary.
  • Assist with merchant activity reviews and information requests.
  • Support internal stakeholders with dispute-related inquiries and fraud prevention.
  • Assess merchant activity compliance with company guidelines.
  • Contribute to process improvements through feedback and innovative ideas.
  • Provide escalation recommendations to management.
  • Communicate with merchants and conduct risk investigations.
  • Exercise discretion and judgment to resolve merchant issues.
  • Liaise with banking partners and clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
