Job Title: Dispute Resolution Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will provide administrative support to our partners and teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing diaries, booking travel, and coordinating events
  • Billing and expense coordination
  • File management, including opening and closing files, electronic and physical filing, and scanning
  • Client relationship management and administration tasks
  • Assisting with client material preparation
  • Preparing and amending routine and non-routine documents, correspondence, and presentations
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary
  • Solid Litigation experience is essential
