Facilities Coordinator Role in Corporate Setting

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Global Workplace Solutions division, you will provide elevated facilities management and operational services to a high-profile client.
Reporting directly to the Senior Facilities Manager, your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the assets and building are maintained in good condition, conducting daily site walks to identify risks and issues, and proactively identifying facilities-related problems to resolve without interrupting business operations.
You will work closely with Building Management and Engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery, engage with key stakeholders to maintain smooth building operations, and respond to emergencies in collaboration with the Senior Facilities Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate facilities management principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously while following exact procedures. A focus on quality and continuous improvement is essential, as well as a high level of competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
In exchange for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that include premium A-grade building facilities, opportunities for career growth within GWS and across CBRE, and access to training, mentoring, and wellbeing programs.
