About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our corporate facilities team, you will be responsible for providing elevated facilities management and operational services to a high-profile financial institution client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain business continuity and enhance user experience by adhering to agreed operating procedures and protocols.
  • Identify risks and communicate proposed solutions to reduce the likelihood of any business impact.
  • Conduct daily site walks to identify issues and resolve them quickly without interruption.
  • Coordinate scheduled and ad-hoc works with vendors as required.
  • Interact with Building Management and Engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted services.
  • Engage with stakeholders to maintain smooth building operations.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Facility Management (preferred but not essential).
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in corporate facilities and/or hospitality.
  • HSE qualification (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to work autonomously while following exacting procedures.
  • Focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
