Facilities Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at CBRE GWS. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive works across our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of planned and reactive works across client sites
- Liaise with client contacts and build strong working relationships
- Maintain and update CBRE vendor records and documentation
- Manage financial, administrative, and commercial aspects of contracts
- Prepare and issue reports as requested by the facilities management team
Requirements:
- Customer service focus with ability to communicate with internal and external clients
- Experience in customer service and/or front of house/client facing in a professional/corporate environment
- Exposure in facilities management
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages
