Job Summary
  • Deliver defence projects using Agile methodologies with hands-on expertise.
  • Hold a minimum NV1 Clearance.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Agile Product Delivery.

The successful candidate will be a strategic leader who can drive organisational change through Agile transformation. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and empower teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT project teams.
  • Coach and mentor teams and leaders.
  • Develop and deliver training courses.
Requirements
  • Formal qualifications in ICT or a related discipline.
  • SAFe, Agile coaching or Enterprise coaching certification.
  • Program Management and/or Project Management qualification.
