Role OverviewThis is a critical role in driving successful change management for a People, Process and Technology Program. The program has a significant focus on process and people, aiming to bring about positive transformations.
The primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing change management strategies to deliver changes successfully.
This position reports to a Senior Business Change Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Support and deliver the full lifecycle of change within government directorates and with the program team.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand the impacts of change.
- Work with stakeholders to identify where there are gaps in business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support the business to enhance or create them.
- Proven experience managing change in complex organisational environments.
- Relevant tertiary education in Business, Organisational Psychology, Change Management or related fields.
- Experience in change management and/or relevant industry certifications.
- Understanding of MSP principles and methodologies, and willingness to be trained in MSP and benefits management.
