About the Opportunity

This opportunity is based in Northern Tasmania, with a civil construction company renowned for its family culture and commitment to employee well-being.

The HSE Advisor will champion a safety-first approach, guiding project teams to integrate health, safety, and environmental considerations throughout all phases, from planning to delivery. With expertise in legislative requirements and ISO Management systems for HSE, this role ensures compliance and fosters a strong commitment to best practices across every stage of the project life cycle.

About You:

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety or equivalent experience is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years of Civil Construction Industry experience or Heavy Industry/Mining experience as an HSE Advisor or equivalent role is required.
  • Lead ICAM Investigator qualification is highly desirable.
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office software packages is necessary.

A competitive salary range of AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in ensuring a safe working environment.
