We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organizational development department, you will play a crucial role in configuring and implementing new workflows across various HR processes.

Job Overview

The newly created position of People and Culture Coordinator will focus on delivering an effective, high-value, and streamlined people experience for all employees. Over the next 12 months, the coordinator will work closely with the P&C team to identify areas for improvement and map out new effective workflows across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the configuration and implementation of new HRIS systems
  • Work with the P&C team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with external payroll providers to deliver fortnightly pay run processes
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date data records
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience working with systems and technology (especially backend setup)
  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
