Job Description

This is an ongoing full-time position commencing in 2025, offering a stimulating work environment and exceptional resources and facilities. As a key member of our team, you will have diverse exposure to an integrated marketing and communications function in a complex not-for-profit organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy Support: Collaborate with our Director to implement and support the overall Marketing and Communications Strategy.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging content for our social media channels, manage website updates, and produce blogs and other informational materials.
  • Publication Management: Support our Marketing and Communications Coordinator with the workflow for key publications such as yearbooks, magazines, and newsletters.
  • Event Management: Help promote, organise, and manage events like Open Days, community gatherings, and school visits to generate engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations;
  • Experience in content creation, social media management, and event planning;
  • A current Employee Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one;
  • A National Police History Check (obtained within the last 6 months);
  • A Current Driver's License – some local travel may be required from time to time.

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $80,000 - $100,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that we will be screening applications and scheduling interviews as they are received; therefore, the role may be filled prior to the closing date.
