Youth Justice Community Facilitator

We are seeking motivated individuals who can engage with young offenders and victims of crime to facilitate community connections and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and conduct conferences in line with restorative justice principles.
- Invite participants, facilitate discussions and ensure successful outcomes.
- Self-motivated.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Prompt administrative task completion.
- Comfortable working with diverse groups.
- Ongoing development of community relationships and networks with local authorities, cultural organisations, support services and other agencies.
