Youth Justice Restorative Practitioner

Youth Justice Conference Convenors are responsible for organizing and facilitating conferences that adhere to restorative justice principles.
- Key responsibilities include inviting and meeting with conference participants, facilitating conference conversations, and managing outcomes.
This role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. It also necessitates strong organizational skills, time management, and effective communication.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Self-motivation
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good computer skills
- The ability to work with diverse groups
This is a statutory appointment requiring:
- A minimum Provisional 2 NSW Driver's Licence
- National Criminal History Check
- Access to a personal computer
- NSW Working with Children Check clearance
